Quicksilver Quickare (sometimes referred to as the No. 3 fuel treatment or stabilizer or Quickstor) is a premium gasoline additive designed to protect and maintain 2-cycle and 4-cycle engines. It is specifically formulated by Mercury Marine and works with all grades of petrol, including standard and ethanol-blended (E5 and E10) fuels.

Key Features
- Prevents Phase Separation: Guards against the separation of ethanol and petrol, which can cause severe engine damage.
- Keeps Fuel Fresh: Preserves petrol for up to 3 months between fill-ups.
- Corrosion Control: Helps control rust, moisture accumulation, and the build-up of gum and varnish in your fuel system.
- System Cleaner: Cleans existing varnish deposits from fuel lines, tanks, carburetors, injectors, and intake valves.
Technical Specifications
Mixing & Usage
It is highly concentrated and safe for all catalyzed engines. Add the treatment directly to your fuel tank before refueling:
- Mixing Ratio: Use approximately 0.8 ml of Quickare for every 1 Litre of fuel (or roughly 1 fluid ounce per 10 gallons).
- A standard 355 ml bottle treats up to 454 Litres of petrol.
For long-term seasonal storage (over 3 months), you should instead use Quicksilver Quickstor, which stabilizes petrol for up to two years.
