BlueROV2 Electronics Enclosure (Acrylic - 100m)
Pre-assembled and tested with the BlueROV2 electronics, this enclosure is ready-to-integrate into your custom ROV frame or other application. It includes the 18-hole end cap with nothing installed. At minimum, we recommend including a Pressure Relief Valve, a pressure sensor like the Bar30 Pressure/Depth Sensor and the Power Cable Set to connect to a battery enclosure.

BlueROV2 Frame
This is just the BlueROV2 frame with black HDPE panels, cradles for the top tube, and all required hardware for assembly.
BlueROV2 Heavy Configuration Retrofit Kit
This kit provides the components needed to upgrade to the BlueROV2 Heavy Configuration with two additional vertical thrusters, 6 degree-of-freedom control, increased buoyancy, and external thruster guards. Requires the use of two additional penetrator holes on the main enclosure.
BlueROV2 Heavy Fairing Add-on
Polycarbonate add-on fairing used on the BlueROV2 Heavy configuration. Includes mounting screws.
BlueROV2 Heavy Machined Buoyancy Foam
Subsea Buoyancy Foam machined specifically to fit in the BlueROV2 Heavy add-on fairing. Increases vehicle stability and lifting capacity.
BlueROV2 Heavy Thruster Guards
Outer thruster guards used to protect the thrusters on the BlueROV2 Heavy configuration. Includes anodized aluminum brackets and stainless steel mounting screws.
BlueROV2 Machined Buoyancy Foam
Subsea Buoyancy Foam machined specifically to maximize buoyancy on the BlueROV2. Increases vehicle stability and lifting capacity. Rated to 300 meters (984 ft) water depth.
BlueROV2 Roof Rack
It’s exactly what you think it is: a roof rack for your BlueROV2 to attach more cool stuff! The Roof Rack is made from anodized aluminum and has mounting holes for additional Lumen lights, the Ping360, the Sonoptix ECHO Multibeam Sonar, Newton Gripper, our Watertight Enclosure Clamps, and standard 1/4-20 UNC tripod mounts, plus you can always drill more yourself!
BlueROV2 Spares Kit
This kit contains a number of spare parts that are nice to have on hand for the BlueROV2. The contents of this kit are based on our own experiences and should provide you with most replacements you might need out in the field!
Cable Jacket Stripper
This cable jacket stripper is designed for fast and easy removal of cable jackets! Can make circular, spiral, and longitudinal cuts.
Cable Repair Kit
This kit contains moldable cable sealing compound, silicone tape, and acetone wipes to seal cuts or nicks in cable jackets so you can keep diving! Comes with a hardshell case that’s ready to toss in your tool bag. Check out our guide for more info on usage.
Camera Tilt System (USB Camera)
This camera tilt system provides up/down pitch tilting for a camera and attaches directly to the 4″ Series Electronics Tray. Used on the BlueROV2.
